You agree NOT to:

• Upload code that contains malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
• Use the Service to violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service to compete with FixVion or build a similar service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate any of these restrictions.

Your Code: By uploading code to FixVion, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the code or have the legal right to upload and analyze it
• The code does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• The code does not contain any confidential information that you are not authorized to share
• The code does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain all ownership rights to your code. FixVion does not claim any ownership rights to the code you upload. We will only use your code to provide the analysis services you request and will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Our Service: The Service, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and other materials, is owned by FixVion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

We take the security and privacy of your code and data seriously. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

Subscription Plans: FixVion offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Pricing information is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing:

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features
• Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Service Disclaimer: FixVion provides code analysis as a service using AI and automated tools. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• The completeness or accuracy of analysis results
• That all bugs, errors, or security issues will be detected
• That all recommendations are appropriate for your specific use case
• That the Service will meet your requirements or expectations

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating all analysis results before implementing changes
• Testing any code modifications in a safe environment
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Backing up your code before making changes based on our recommendations

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXVION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixVion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Code you upload that violates any laws or third-party rights

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason we deem necessary

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease

• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive
